Notice to the holders of personal data in the possession of VILCHIS TECHNOLOGIES SA DE CV
In fulfillment of that established in the Federal Law for the Protection of Data Held By Private Companies or Individuals, VILCHIS TECHNOLOGIES SA DE CV., hereinafter also called xLogistics®, declares that it is a legally incorporated company in accordance with Mexican laws, located at: Homero 1425 Int. 105 Col. Polanco, México DF, C.P. 11560; and as an entity responsible for handling personal data, informs you that the information contained in our databases is treated strictly confidential, for which the personal data you provide, such as: full name, address, Mexican Tax ID (RFC), Unique Population Code Record (CURP), telephones, email, including sensitive information such as: financial data (income, account statements, etc.), shall be used only and exclusively for the execution of the activities related to the services that xLogistics® provides to you as the holder of the personal data, as well as the execution of any complementary or auxiliary activity necessary for the provision of the services, including but not limited to: purposes of incorporation and/or updating of our databases, information and provision of services, collection activities, subcontracting of supplier services, as well as the corresponding invoicing and collection, to evaluate the quality of the services, for the fulfillment of laws, regulations and applicable legal provisions.
The confidentiality of the data shall be guaranteed, and it shall be protected by administrative security means to prevent it from being damaged, lost, altered, destroyed, used, accessed or improperly disclosed. Only authorized persons shall have access to your data.
The data may be transferred to subsidiary and affiliate and/or controlled companies of the responsible entity and/or the third parties that, within national territory or abroad, due to the nature of their works or functions, have the need of handling and/or using personal data, solely and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations that are derived from the existing legal relationship between you as the holder of the personal data and the aforementioned companies.
To provide the artificial intelligence functionalities within the WMS by xLogistics® service — including the AI assistant called “Abril IA” — xLogistics® uses natural language processing services provided by Anthropic, PBC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, located at 548 Market St., PMB 90375, San Francisco, California 94104, USA (hereinafter “Anthropic”).
In its capacity as sub-processor, Anthropic automatically processes the queries and instructions that the data subject enters into the WMS by xLogistics® system through Abril IA. Such processing is carried out solely for the purpose of generating contextual responses within the contracted service, without Anthropic using such data to train its models or sharing it with third parties, in accordance with its API data usage policy available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
The transfer of data to Anthropic involves an international transfer to the United States of America. xLogistics® has entered into the corresponding data processing agreements with Anthropic that guarantee a level of protection adequate and equivalent to that established by the LFPDPPP (the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) and its Regulations.

Should the data subject wish that their data not be processed by the artificial intelligence services of Abril IA, they may request it from xLogistics® support at info@xlogistics.com.mx, in which case the AI functionalities will be deactivated for their account, without affecting access to the rest of the modules of WMS by xLogistics®.
When you sign up as a visitor to chat on WhatsApp with Abril IA, xLogistics®’ assistant, VILCHIS TECHNOLOGIES SA DE CV. (xLogistics®), at the address stated in this notice, is the entity responsible for handling the personal data you provide in that registration.
Personal data we collect. First and last name, WhatsApp phone number, company email address, the address of your public LinkedIn profile, the language of the page, the IP address you connect from, and the date and time of each registration step, including verification attempts. Verification codes are not stored in our databases. The security verification service we use (Cloudflare Turnstile) analyzes technical data from your browser and connection to tell a person from an automated program.
Purposes necessary for the registration.
Additional purpose: commercial follow-up. To use your data, including the company and position information shown on your public LinkedIn profile, so that xLogistics® can contact you and offer information about its services. If you do not want your data to be used for this purpose, you may say so at any time by writing to the email address indicated below; your refusal will not affect your visitor access.
Conversations with Abril IA. The messages you exchange with Abril IA on WhatsApp are processed in order to answer you and to control the service usage limits. To generate the responses, Abril IA uses the natural language processing services of Anthropic, under the terms of the “Sub-processors — Artificial Intelligence Services” section of this notice, which involves an international transfer of data to the United States of America. If you do not want your messages to be processed by these artificial intelligence services, you may request it at info@xlogistics.com.mx; since visitor access consists solely of chatting with Abril IA, in that case such access will be cancelled.
Other providers that handle your data on behalf of xLogistics®. To provide this service we use messaging (WhatsApp), email and security verification (Cloudflare) providers, which may be located inside or outside Mexico and which may use your data only for the purposes described.
Retention. We will keep your data for the duration of your visitor access and, afterwards, for the time necessary for commercial follow-up and to comply with legal obligations; it will then be deleted or anonymized.
Your rights. In addition to the ARCO rights described in this notice, you may withdraw your consent or limit the use or disclosure of your data at any time by calling (55) 5534-4565 or writing to info@xlogistics.com.mx.
We inform you that you have at all times the rights (ARCO) to access, rectify, cancel or oppose our treatment of your personal data, making the request by calling (55) 5534-4565 and contacting the person responsible for personal data security, or addressing your request to the email:
